1. Booking & Payment<\/strong>

<\/p>\n

Your booking is confirmed once payment is received. Prices include all service fees and GST.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

2. Check In\/Check Out<\/b><\/p>\n

Check In:<\/b> 2.00pm.  <\/p>\n

Check Out:<\/b> 10.00am (earlier Check In or Check Out can be arranged depending on bookings at the time)<\/p>\n

3. Cancellations<\/strong><\/p>\n

Cancel 60+ days before arrival<\/strong> \u2192 full refund.<\/span><\/p>\n

Cancel 8 to 59 days before arrival <\/strong>\u2192 50% refund.<\/span><\/p>\n

Cancel 7 days or less before arrival<\/strong> – no refund.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. Use of Property\/Equipment<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/section>\n

Please use the rental only for its intended purpose. No subletting or unauthorised transfers.<\/p>\n

5. Damage & Responsibility<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/section>\n

\n

You are responsible for any loss or damage to the property, fixtures or furnishings during your stay\/rental. The cost to repair any damages caused by you or guests or their visitors will be charged to the credit\/debit card used when the booking was made.  We are not liable for injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

6. Force Majeure<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/section>\n

We reserve the right to cancel a booking at any time due to events beyond our control e.g., weather events, government restrictions, road closures etc.  Should this occur, a full refund will be made.<\/span><\/p>\n

7. Smoking\/Vaping <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Smoking or vaping is prohibited in the accommodation.  If smoking\/vaping occurs a deep-cleaning and deodorising fee of $200 will be charged on the credit\/debit card used when the booking was made.<\/span><\/p>\n

8. Pets<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

The property is not suitable for pets.<\/span><\/p>\n

9. Children<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

The property is not suitable for children.<\/span><\/p>\n

10. Safety and Hazards<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

River Retreat is a rural property so there are natural hazards, including but not limited to steep banks, cliffs, uneven ground, unfenced areas, slippery surfaces, river flow changes, livestock, and rough terrain.  Man-made hazards such as water features, fishponds, machinery and the general hazards associated with a rural property.  <\/span><\/p>\n
